It seems the copyright on this book expires on January 1st, leading to publishers announcing plans to release an annotated edition of the book. Of course, it also means any number of other uses might be made of it, and there's a due amount of concern for that. The range of opinions has, of course, a predictable range, but I think there's most merit in this one:

Some scholars argue in favour of the reprints, saying they will serve to demystify the notorious 800-page document, particularly given that the tract is freely available in many parts of the world, and just a few clicks away on the Internet.
