Is there a certain way we wanted to read this book or just however we want?

No I just tabbed it every 10 chapters but there are 60 some odd chapters. We can just discuss after every 10 or so chapters maybe.

me too! the description kind of made me think of the show lost.

That is true I didn't think of that, I've only seen one episode of lost that's probably why lol.

It sure is interesting, but I'm enjoying it.

(view spoiler)[It's strange how everyone that has arrived there woke up naked, like why can't they at least be wearing something. The way they escape is kinda weird to me, it makes me wonder how anyone even got there in the first place. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ I get that they probably get to the island by the shimmer but how are they chosen? Why bring kids to an island at all? I have do many questions! I'm definitely intrigued and can't wait to find out more. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ I don't know if I can justify this right now, but I feel like Charley is my least favorite character. There's still a lot of stuff that we don't know and I find myself more interested in the rest of the tribe. Charley asking Thad about the pattern of the gates, makes me think that she is going to look for a pattern. What really confuses me about NIL is that if it's in control of everything, then why does it let anyone leave? It's definitely keeping me interested though! (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[It sure is an interesting read so far. I want to know more about the rest of the tribe as well they seem interesting. It's strange how animals can come through the portal like where do they come from. I wonder why Thad keeps calling Nil a female. That's a interesting question I wonder the same thing. 30 chapters in and I'm enjoying it. Sure is getting more interesting as it goes! :) I've noticed you finished, I hope you enjoyed it!

(view spoiler)[what's going on with thad and ramia? how was she able to predict her fate? i'm not completely sure how i feel about thad and charley. it just seems weird that they're basically confessing their love for each other after not talking for a while. idk. also, what do the carvings mean? i feel like charley is onto something (hide spoiler)]

Yeah now I can't seem to want to put the book down after I got to chapter 30.

After about halfway through I couldn't put the book down! It got really intense as different members of the tribe started to run out of time! I hope you're liking it!

I totally agree I didn't want to put it down last night when I was reading it, I got to chapter 41 and had to put it down because I was getting a really bad migraine. But I hope to finish the book either tonight or tomorrow. But I'm really enjoying it so far.

Okay I am most likely going to be finishing the book either tonight or in the morning tomorrow I'm already on chapter 51.

omg i was so worried (view spoiler)[that thad died. and i felt so bad for charley! i know nat and kevin weren't main characters but i still would have liked to hear a little more about them. (hide spoiler)]
