Rahul Nath (cultofpersonality) | 45 comments Just finished Six of Crows (Six of Crows, #1) by Leigh Bardugo by Leigh Bardugo

YA/Fantasy that marks a new series set in the same universe as her earlier work, The Grisha trilogy (which I haven't read, but it wasn't a problem)

Here's the thing. I hate the YA genre for the most part. But this stands out from the pack. A dark adventure heist fantasy with six strong main characters- this is a real page turner and the first book I've finished in a single sitting after a long time.

5 stars. The sequel "Crooked Kingdom" comes out this September.
