Tanelle, Good luck with your mountain! Just so you know--since you've set 36 as your goal--I have moved your list to the Mt. Vancouver Crew.

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 5: Havana Storm. Clive Cussler

I've had a flurry of library books come in so I haven't been able to get to my TBR pile as much as I would like.

No library books expected for awhile so I'm trying to power through as many of my TBR pile as I can

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 9: Blink. The Power of Thinking Without Thinking. Malcolm Gladwell

message 12: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 10: Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard. The Sword of Summer. Rick Riordan.

Been flying through my TBR pile this week. Hopefully this momentum continues.

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 18: Eye of God. James Rollins.

I've now caught up on all the books on my husband's Kobo. Time to see which paperbacks I have sitting on my shelf. My strategy recently was to read the books I knew I could fly through quickly. As evidenced by how many books I've read in the past two weeks I think it worked.

message 21: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 19: Peter Pan. JM Barrie

I started this one back in January and have been reading it to my 4-year old at bedtime so it took me awhile to get though. Honestly I didn't like it much and probably wouldn't recommend it

message 22: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 20: Cosmos. Carl Sagan.

This one took me two-weeks to read so I'm a little far behind my schedule

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 21: ultimate fairy tale treasury.

Another one that I read to my daughter. She was given it for Christmas a couple years ago and she's just old enough to understand them now

message 24: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 22: The Road. Cormac McCarthy

Honestly I hated this one. Glad that's it's done and not sitting on my shelf anymore though

message 25: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 23: Go Set A Watchman. Harper Lee

message 26: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 24: Cold Mountain. Charles Frazier

This one gave me a lot of trouble and took forever to finish

message 27: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 25: key of Valor. Nora Roberts

I'm struggling to get to the top of the mountain by the end of the month. But nevertheless it sure has helped me tackle my TBR pile

message 28: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 26: Everything I Never Told You. Celeste Ng

message 29: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 27: Best Laid Plans. Terry Fallis

message 30: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 28: The New Canada. Preston Manning

message 31: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 29: The Highlanders Touch. Karen Marie Moning

message 32: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 30: The Lucky One. Nicolas Sparks

Not sure if I'm going to finish. I know it's only 6 books and I have 2 weeks left but I also got hit with 5 library books all at once. I'm hoping to knock off at least 2 more books from my TBR pile by the end of the year. I had a gap of 6 months where I didn't read anything from it and that really hurt me

message 33: by Tanelle (new)

Tanelle Nash | 33 comments 31: Big Magic. Elizabeth Gilbert
