I just finished The Diary of a Young Girl It was very good. I am glad I was able to read it before going to see the Anne Frank house. I would recommend this book to all that have not read it.
I read A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole. The story of Ignatius, a thirty something intellectual who lives at home with his mother. One day she has an accident, and in order to pay for the repairs, Ignatius has to find paid employment...
I read Rebecca by Daphne duMaurier. I get why it is a classic. The narrator was so blah and annoyed me throughout.
