This challenge is designed to help clean up your To Be Read pile. If you're anything like me you have quite a pile of books you keep meaning to get to.

Post 12 books that you want to read this year and see how many you can finish by December 31st!

You don't have to read them in the order that you post them. Also, just because you have them doesn't mean that you are going to like the book so you can post some alternatives if you want or just post that you tried reading the book and it wasn't for you.

If you would like a little bit more of a challenge can you find 12 books from all different genres or at least different subgenre of books if they are in the same genre?

Karen listed 12 books that I'd either like to read, or have already read, and for the most part enjoyed.

I'm going to start slowly, with the book I'm already reading for the group, and add to it as the books occur to me or when I have a chance to go through my TBR list, which is heavy on fluff.

1. Pride and Prejudice by Jane Who?
2. Lizzy and Jane by K Reay
3. My Grandmother Asked Me To Tell You She's Sorry by Fredrik Backman
4. The Last Midwife by Sandra Dallas
5. Maybe The Red Tent

Lea Ann (buntingla) | 778 comments Just finished reading Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson . This book was recommended to me by one of my students and is SUCH a compelling story. Best book I've read in a while!
