i have been with the group for about a while. It has been kind of slow. you peaps have started the first conversation in a while.

I kind if saw that. So, how did you first hear of Rangers apprenice?

lol! I have a bow but I'm not that great of a shot. My brother is so much better:( It must have been so hard for Will to have to learn all that stuff that rangers have to learn.

I never did like the name Horace that much. its ok just not my fav.

ya he is cool. i read the first three and i am on the fourth. in america only five have come out but in Australia there are like eight. i cant wait for them to come out!

I'm on #8, but I had to stop so I could read Mockingjay and now I'm working on the final Vlad Tod book called Twelfth Grade Kills. Awesome bk if you like vamps and horror. Not at all like the Ranger bks.

Yea, I think the ninth one is only out in Australia :( I dropped everything and read Mockingjay too, so I can't say I blame you.

I think the 9th one comes out Oct. 4th in US. I'm sort of broke from buying them and 12th gr. kills and The Rising (2nd bk in the New Kid series) so I won't probably be buying that one right away. There's always Christmas...

Yea,I have been saving my money for years now so I won't run out of book money. I try to use the library as often as I can but sometimes I just can't wait until they get it (i.e. Mockingjay)

I donate a few of my books to my library when I'm done because I most likely won't read them again. Too many new good books, so little time...

Yea, I totaly agree. I usually keep most of my books, then loan them out to friends...

My friends don't like to read what I do and some of them don't like to read at all so I buy some and borrow some from the library.
Anyhow, I just finished the 8th book and I'm glad that there wasn't a huge cliff hanger. Is there a cliff hanger on the end of the 9th bk? Don't tell me what happens though!

I don't know, the ninth book is only out in Australia, but it's coming out in hard cover on Oct. 5th and in paperback on Nov. 2 in the U.S. I'm excited. Especially since Halt's my favorite character...
