Wow, thank you for the invitation to join this group.. I need to join and really commit to a book club group like this so I can minimize my level of reading-slump.

A lil bit info about me, my name is Deska and I'm Indonesian. My interests are of course in books (reading and buying them), travel, and fitness/gym. My favorite reading genres are fantasy, crime/mystery/thriller, contemporary drama whether it's YA, Middle-Grade, or Adult, I enjoy them all.

Hello thank you for the invite to join the group. My name is Anne and I love crime fiction, Historical stories - based on fact if possible and Sci-Fi and fantasy.

I have been trying to read a new author every now and then as I can get stuck in a Genre and on an author if I am not careful.

I am taking part in a Genre challenge for one of the other groups I belong to and that is helping me step outside my comfort zone.

As for a little about me, well....

I usually pretend I'm a ninja turtle and run around with a laundry basket on my head. It makes laundry day a little more interesting.

I also like to read pretty much anything and everything. I do tend to lean more towards, sci-fi/fantasy/supernatural, but I'm constantly trying to branch out of that and see what else I can pick up.

No problem at all! We definitely want this bookclub to grow and we're so excited we have so many amazing friends who are so supportive and who want to become a whimsical wanderer!! Wonderful introduction! I love traveling myself! Where have you traveled to? And thank you for your input and feedback! We're definitely trying to narrow down our theme by genre so you're helping out tremendously!! Can't wait to discuss our future reads (:

Of course!! I definitely want to go into more crime fiction and thriller reads. I love watching shows that are thriller so I want to bring that more into my read for sure! We hope to help you broaden your scope in genre - cannot wait to start reading with you (:

I am an English major in college, I love Gilmore Girls more than anything and Jane Austen is my favorite author. I love reading contemporary a d fantasy books the most but also enjoy informational and cookbooks! Fun fact my real name is Troy-Nicole but Cole is my nickname! I love superheroes and anime. I usually read everything as long as it sounds interesting. Right now I read a lot of fantasy and YA. But I also love the classics, historical fiction and contemporary. At the moment I am reading An Ember in the Ashes and A Little Life.
My other hobby is photography, especially of the British coast.

Do you have any contemporary romance suggestions that you'd be interested in reading next month or any contemporaries that are currently on your TBR? I think we'll be doing contemporaries next month to go along with the theme of love for Valentine's day and you guys will be able to vote for the month's read in a poll that me and Nicky will be creating!

I love graphic design and video editing so much! That's one of my favourite things about making BookTube videos! :D

What's your current go-to television show? I just watch a looot of Netflix since I have no cable haha.
