I work in the aerospace industry. I know I won't find any books about my particular job, but I figured getting something in the aerospace field would be close enough. Any non astronaut ideas?

What about Rocket Boys? It's the memoir of the dude October Sky is based on. It's probably a bit of a stretch but maybe close.
It's about him as a kid but the author is a retired aerospace engineer. Also apparently it was republished under the title October Sky after the movie came out
