The house is big and surprisingly nice for the area, though it's set farther apart from the others. It's obvious she could afford a better location, but one out of the way is necessary for her murders. There are two bedrooms that she uses, one she actually sleeps in and another one with a darker, black painted look that she uses for 'company' so the red isn't as obvious. Hidden in the closet behind decoy clothes is a large vertical tray with wheels , almost set up like a classroom chalkboard, only this one has many different painful 'items' on it.

((I reread the ideas and I got this. Basically he was breaking into a house she was already into and she ran into him all covered in blood, and basically went 'I'm hot but busy you'll have to die' and instead they agreed to meet tonight to talk/totally do it xD))

((Sounds good :3 And she's already halfway through killing someone at this point so there's probably screams if that helps lol))

((Okies :3 My posts are short, my phone's stuttering on me >.<))

Xander was mostly curious, not exactly interested. He's broken in countless times before, but none when the house was practically vibrating with screams. He wondered what that meant; maybe he had wandered right into a serial killer's lair. Now that would be a challenge. It took him little time, but hard enough; the locks were impressive, and that was enough to arise a little interest. The company who lived there was smart enough and if there was one thing he couldn't tolerate, it was stupidity. When he heard a satisfying click he pushed the door open, hard enough to break the door chain.

Despite being thoroughly invested in the dismemberment she was currently dealing out, Jaida wasn't stupid. It was hard to hear anything over the screams she basked in, but a slight sound got her attention. For a moment she paused, tilting her head to listen. At last paranoia won out. One little look couldn't hurt, could it? So she twirled the bloody knife around in her equally blood-stained hand, sighing slightly. "Don't worry babe. I'll be right back." She promised her current 'friend' bleeding out onto the bed with a kiss on his cheek before turning and striding out. She headed right for the door, knife at the ready but almost casually. This was her own house, she was definitely confident in her own abilities. So she raised her eyebrow as she reached the door, calmly leaning against the wall as she faced it. "Well hello there." She smiled brightly, tilting her head to study him. Anyone that would break into a house where they could hear screams was either a cop or a murderer like her. She'd have to deal with it whichever it was. Hm, too bad she'd probably just have to gut him right away. He was hot, and seemed like the perfect type that she'd rather just play with before bringing him home for the whole deal. But maybe there was some hope. It depended on his reaction to her. After all, a girl splattered and dripping with blood answering the door in lingerie and carrying a knife wasn't a normal sight.

((No problem :P))

Either she was the instigator or the victim; in both cases, it was interesting, and it was probably the first rather than the latter given that a knife was barely hidden out of view. He actually frowned, feeling a bit disappointed; this wasn't the challenge he was hoping for. It was a bit too terribly easy.
"Hello." He replied pleasantly, almost casually closing the door behind him. "Nice house you have here." It was an exceptionally nice one, especially for this part of the city. And it had an exceptionally bold company living in it too. "Am I interrupting something?"

"Actually, yes. I mean, you're really cute and all and any other time I'd be more than happy to wait on him-" she waved a hand back in the direction of the house, "-But he's a special case I've been waiting on for a long time. So if you're going to arrest me or attack me, I'd like to just hurry this along a bit. Again, I hate to do this, you look like you'd be a lot of fun, it's just that my evening's all booked. And with him, I'm probably going to take a couple of evenings. And I just can't have you running off and telling someone and ruining my fun." She actually did look disappointed as she studied him, but nothing she said was a lie. For once her friend of the night completely deserved everything he got. And if he was going to arrest her or already had backup coming in or something, this would not be pretty. Because she was absolutely determined to make the guy tied up in her bedroom pay. "Although, this guy? Not a very good date. He's missing a very.... important body part after all. Though I do have to admit, that ones my fault. He does deserve it though, for once." She explained briefly, though she didn't look too terribly concerned with explaining herself to a stranger. She just needed to deal with this guy quickly and get back to her 'friend'. But like any girl, she loved compliments. "It is a nice house though, thanks." She smiled, though her grip on the knife tightened since she wasn't, you know, a complete idiot.
