I'm taking the Globetrotter challenge, reading books from authors who are local to the respective country. I think that translations are very essential while trying to experience world and the more points of view - the better. Trying to honor already existing translations, very few in a global perspective, I'm first going to read Latvian translations and after about 30 books I will most likely continue reading in English.
