Now an active member of the resistance, Lena has transformed. The nascent rebellion that was underway in Pandemonium has ignited into an all-out revolution in Requiem, and Lena is at the center of the fight. After rescuing Julian from a death sentence, Lena and her friends fled to the Wilds. But the Wilds are no longer a safe haven. As Lena navigates the increasingly dangerous terrain of the Wilds, her best friend, Hana, lives a safe, loveless life in Portland as the fiancée of the young mayor. Requiem is told from both Lena and Hana's points of view. They live side by side in a world that divides them until, at last, their stories converge.

(view spoiler)[ just started! The book seems to be set out in sections as in Pandemonium but this time from the point of view of Hana and Lena. Not sure how I feel about this but we'll see! Also, it seems I was right in thinking things wouldn't be the same between Lena and Alex :( (hide spoiler)]

Though I don't really think that everything was solved, I thought that the 'Hana' ending had quite a few 'loose threads' that I felt should of been answered. But then again, it's probably just me as I don't really like cliff-hangers. (hide spoiler)]

27%: (view spoiler)[ I'm not sure how I feel about this yet. At the moment I'm finding Hana's perspective more interesting than Lena's. I'm not that interested in the love triangle that Lena's perspective seems to be focusing on. It's been very long since I've read the first two books so I've read summaries of them but I'm still missing a lot of what happened. Hopefully it'll be alright. (hide spoiler)]

56%: (view spoiler)[ I feel like whatever happened to Cassie was Fred's fault. If she really did go crazy it's probably because he hit her around too much, or if she didn't and it was all a cover-up then Fred probably killed her. Either way I'm 99% positive he's responsible. (hide spoiler)]

94%: (view spoiler)[ I'm glad Hana had it in her to leave Fred. Nothing good was going to come out of that relationship anyway. It was interesting seeing that Hana still had some sort of feelings toward Lena. I guess the cure didn't completely work on her. (hide spoiler)]

Done: (view spoiler)[ Ahh, I knew that thing with Alex would happen. You don't just kill off a love interest then bring him back and have him NOT end up with the protagonist. I did like the ending of the book but I wish I knew what happened to Hana. (hide spoiler)]
