Does anyone have any good YA feminist books? I was thinking about this recently because I feel like this is such an important genre for feminist books, right?
Chloé wrote: "How to Be a Women and How to Build a Girl by Caitlin Moran."I don't think we should read Moran unless is in order to criticise her. Her conception of feminism is a narrow one.

I think you're right about this being an important genre, and I think in some ways there are a lot of YA books that epically fail at this *cough* Twilight *cough* But you also see more subtle feminist subtexts in a lot of popular YA novels like Harry Potter, the Hunger Games, Divergent, etc

Seriously. Caitlin Moran is NOT an intersectional feminist and she's said some horribly racist things and been unapologetic about it. Really disappointing.
