Greetings to thee!
My name is Timothy. I have a zeal and passion for words. I have had one dream come to fruition: my poetry publish'd in Autumn 2015.
I have a passion for the quaint old manner of speaking, as in Early Modern English, Shakespeare's time. ( Example: IESVS = JESUS. ) So if ye see: Thee, thy, thou, ye, thine, and other old words, it is merely my interest and eccentricity.
I have a burden to pray for this group, its members, its leaders, and to participate more here.
Pray, forgive me for not being active. . ?
Looking forward to getting acquainted with thee here!
Sincerest regards,
Timothy~

I should add this:
Being born Pentecostal, having attended Baptist, Methodist, Episcopal, New Order Amish Fellowship, Beachy Amish, and various degrees of rather plain Mennonites, and also have interest in Quaker practices. . .Expectant Silence, Unprogrammed / Programmed Worship, Plain Speech, and the like. So, I am non-denominational with a dabble of Anabaptist / Quaker / other mix.

I'm Raevyn. I'm a Baptist. I just got a Youtube account. I love reading.
That's about it. :)

What a pleasure it is to meet thee, Raevyn! I have been to nearly all Meetinghouses and Steeplehouses there are, save a few. . Non-denomination with Anabaptist / Plain Quaker mix. I love reading and writing! I need to finish up the third book of poetry so I can publish fiction! :)
God bless thy afternoon!
God bless thy afternoon!

I have two dogs of my own and a blog.
Thank you so much for your invitation! :)

I'm undenominational but I've mostly gone to Baptist churches.
I LOVE the medieval times, the outfits, the way they spoke, the archery, everything!!!! I sometimes wish we could have a modern version of the medieval times... Like medieval but with running water and electricity & modern medicine.
So I've probably talked too long but I hope to have great fellowship with you guys and get to know y'all better!
Btw if Alex & Brett Harris ever come on here (or you talk to them), please tell them THANK YOU!!! I love what they're doing!! Keep up the good works in Christ!

Warmest welcome to thee, Ashley, and greetings!
Medieval . . . Very intriguing! I nearly joined a New Order Amish District in MD about twelve years ago. . . They have pole-to-home electricity, no tv, no radio, no motor vehicle, no computer, and etc.
I love the Early Modern English of Shakespeare. The English vsed then was uerie different than what we haue todaie. Spelynges were moſt intereſtynge and faſcinatynge.
Scottish Brogue is also. Och, lak a wee bit o' Burn's poetry lass, aye.
I love the olden manner of speaking, if ye look about mine own comments, ye shall see what I mean.
Glad to make thine acquaintance, and look forward getting to know thee better!
Sincerest regards,
Timothy

And it sounds like you know your old english and accents very well, Timothy
I'm still learning old English-- and attempting to put what i learn in a medieval book I'm writing ;)
Any advice would be accepted! ;) so far I've found a few helpful posts, and it's expanding my vocabulary-- in the good sense. I still need to work on spelling and such, tho

I love reading, writing, art, and my pets.
I enjoy playing hockey and singing.
I enjoy playing with accents, it annoys my family and my friends all know not to let me watch any movies with accents in them or else I will speak in that accent the rest of the day.
I am a Disnerd. Disney+Nerd. Ask me any question about Disney and I'll either know it or I will find the answer to it. :)
I am a Christian, I love God, and like to talk with others about details in the Bible some people miss.
I have a big concordance in my room that I look through every once in a while, and my idea of fun is finding the true meanings of words used in the Bible.
When I write, I like to look in a baby names book to find names for my characters that have meaning to their story.
I LOVED the book Do Hard Things, and adored the sequel to it Start Here.
Well, now you know part of me.
Oh wait, I forgot to tell you.
I am 5 ft tall, and do not like having tall people joke around with my height.
Ok. Now you know enough about me, you'll get to know me more as I chat more in this place.
Until then,
Adios Amigo!

I love the Reb, and have even gotten an article published there. I have had the wonderful opportunity of guests blogging for Secondly Magazine, Writers of Elysian, Fervr.net (coming later this month) and hopefully many more to come! :)
