Aww Val *hugs tightly* please don't self-harm. I understand that things are hard and you need a form of release, but self-harm is not the answer. I don't advocate that release being hurting yourself because at the end of the day, you'll only want to help the person that is your biggest fan, which is YOU. No one else is going to love you or understand you as much as you do really.
