Week 1 - A book that you meant to read in 2015, but didn't

This book has been on my TBR for such a long time - ever since I read Rohinton Mistry's more famous and utterly sublime A Fine Balance.

I knew from reviews that Such a Long Journey was unlikely to match A Fine Balance but it is still a wonderfully crafted novel and not one to miss just especially for those of you who enjoy Indian literature.
