Hi Susan!

Thank you for following and asking about Cluster Headaches. Unfortunately, this is a condition I was diagnosed with about 5 years ago. Cluster Headaches is a little known headache condition that affects a rather small percentage of people (typically men, but it does appear in women).
It is considered the MOST painful condition known to mankind. The attacks can occur in a cycle, or episodes. These sufferers are known as episodic and can experience periods of remission from the pain. An even smaller percentage are chronic and do not have any pain free moments of remission.
I am a chronic sufferer. These headaches are not migraines and are in a league of their own.

Thank you again for following me and for showing some interest in educating yourself about this condition. My deepest sympathy. Just reading the article was agonizing. Have you considered exploring a complete break from all processed foods and switching to all organic, grass fed etc? Since it sounds like conventional medicine has no answers for your condition.

The f da won't let her tell you, but a whiff of peppermint oil is a miracle. Apply to wrists and temple. I like to run a diffuser.
