I also consider myself an entertainer, but there's nothing wrong with making money. I write to make money. I do make money. 14 books out there, and more on the way. It's all in the marketing, which is why I'm exploring new and unexpected directions.
Thanks for answering my questions.

Right now people can read 12 chapters of Ancient, Evil, Hungry - Book 2 of The Chronicles of Ian Duncan, and I'm wondering how far with the chapters I should go? Should I put the whole book up chapter by chapter? Would readers feel cheated if I stop at the halfway point?
I'm doing this to help promote my other books, and to attract the one thing most of us writers can't seem to find, and that's real, off-the-street readers. The book will be published soon, I'm working on the editing and the cover, but published or not the questions above are something I need answered.
At this point, I'm not opposed to serializing the whole novel as chapter by chapter blog posts.
Opinions, tips, whatever thoughts anyone has, are welcome.
