There is no way to read a book on GoodReads, if that is what you are asking.

On the other hand, if you are wondering how to fit reading a book into your otherwise busy schedule well there are a number of ways:
Try an audio book and listen while you do chores around the house
Carry a book with you always and read - even for 10 minutes - while waiting on line or having your lunch break
Keep a book by your bedside and read each night before going to sleep.
