When I find a sentence which I think is rather beautiful, or exceptional, I look it up in the original. Look, for example, at the sample I gave from Chapter III. It's almost as if the English version is a just Okay=translation of Schmidt's prose!

Tonymess | 22 comments Thanks Nathan - just added 1,000 pages to the journey!!! I have ordered a nice edition of the collected works (Poe) to sit alongside ZT on the rather large coffee table that I am now going to have to purchase!!!
