Under a Painted Sky discussion

Under A Painted Sky is my first Western, and I loved it. The characters are multiethnic. Slavery was neither glossed over, nor did it overtake the story. The characters are endearing. The danger felt real. Pacing is great. There are no shootouts and no chases. A good read about love, life, and finding your way home. Tell me what you think.
