Personally I like the fantasy world or the charactersn to seem believable and I love when theirs romance but not so much that the book just starts to focus on that instead of the mission or whatever. I also like to be able to relate to the character
I'm currently writing a book on wattpad. I'd like to know how many pages on average should be in a chapter?

I agree. I think that a lot of books I read have about 6 pages.

Yep but if you say like to write with little detail or have a chapter just explaining her past...it doesn't really have to be that long

Thank you!
The story I am writing gets right into one of the main parts of the whole thing in chapter 2 or 3. Does anyone think that is rushing the story a little?

But honestly a favorite book of mine's action begins in the first chapter! So if your first couple chapters are interesting then maybe you should stretch them a bit. But personally I enjoy it when a book's story becomes a bit interesting sooner.

So when she meets the ghost they become really good friends. The ghost who I have not named yet tells the main character that there is another ghost that visits the house but is actually evil and wants to kill her. There is a twist in some of the characters. That is basically what I know of my story so far.

hmm..... I think in the beginning I would write the He/She texted but after awhile I think the readers would catch on, but the font thing works too.
