If you are a Lovecraft fan check out Algernon Blackwood. He is most famous for his ghost stories, but was also a pioneer in horror. Not as influential as Lovecraft was, but his writing is still amazing and creepy for ghost stories. Susan Hill is another ghost story author that I enjoy.

Lovecraft is my favourite! It's so good that his books scare the hell out of me, seriously I can't read them at night! lol :D

I recently read Joe Hill's Heart Shaped Box. I've never had a book just creep me the crap out! Every noise made me jump!! Joe Hill is Stephen King's son. It's a great read!!

Omg, this book is crazy! I won't be able to sleep for the rest of my life (lol) but I think it's a great story :)
