Kate has a very clear case of foot in mouth syndrome. She speaks before the thinks. It could have gone much worse - he could have squashed her like a bug and eaten her, lol!
I enjoyed Kate's bravado. The "Here kitty kitty " comment was a classic. I thought it was interesting that he trusted her with the photos/information on the dead shifters straight off until we found out later that Jim was one of his high level men
Yep the "Here kitty kitty" did make me laugh. I love Kate's wit and her foot in mouth syndrome. I love how she is so bold.
At first I couldn't decide if Kate was just snarky funny or just completely foolish. Her sarcasm cracks me up but sometimes she really needs to stop talking. Curran really could just kill her he'd be in his right. It's like she kind of has a Deathwish but she really doesn't want to die either. It will be interesting to see how her character develops over the course of the series. And of course I need more Curran. I never read Curran's point of view I'm not sure the library has them but it would be interesting to read his point of view on how the meeting went.
