North Yorkshire Library Service Book Group discussion

Hi readers, Apologies if I am not posting in the correct place. I was just wondering if there was a reading group in Scarborough, or more specifically Newby and Scalby library? I have read that there is a reading group that meet up on the last Friday of every month, but the times are not mentioned.

I am new to the area, and an avid reader. It would be great to meet up with some like-minded people. I'll look forward to hearing from you.

Oh my goodness Caroline, discovering this post a year later now that I'm trying to resurrect the book group. Many apologies.

Can I suggest you email scarborough.library@northyorks.gov.uk and scalby.library@northyorks.gov.uk as the branches may know of local reading groups that are interested in new members and they can advise on regular meetings. I hope you found something before now, though!
