Sounds like a good plan, Tommy! Lately I've just been giving myself at least 10-20 minutes to write at the end of the day if I don't have time otherwise. Even if I only write like 200 words, at least that's something. I'm also hoping to have something ready to pitch this year––we must cheer each other on!! :D

And, yes, know that I am rooting for you full on. I won't be online consistently until I make my move up to Oregon later this year(I think in the Summer). But know that even when you don't see me on here, I'm in your corner :) And if you want me to beta read, it may take a little longer, but I'm still fully up for it.
Aww, I love that! Sounds like good motivation for both of you, haha. :D And thanks! I'm still wrapping up the last chapter of my WIP and starting to do edits, and I'll definitely let you know when I need betas. And I'd be happy to beta your book as well!

So, until things change I'm going easy on myself. Every week, I just want to get a good chunk of writing done. If I can write just a little bit every day, that should be doable, and I'll be significantly closer when I do get more time/a better situation.
I do want to finish something and have it ready to pitch by the end of the year, and that should be very doable, but I'm making that secondary to just getting things written.
