I've just started to realize there are several good places to get FCs
One is the Metropolitan Opera artist roster (https://www.metopera.org/Discover/Art...) most of the people are older and tend to be white but you can bet no one has ever heard of them. I have gotten a couple decent FCs there, though.

I also think the casts of obscure musicals are good. Or ballet dancers

Are you asking for help? If you're having trouble thinking of names, perhaps look up some important regular ships during the Victorian era
