Lyd's Archive (7/'15 to 6/'18) (violabelcik) The personality might not be too good, but I think its alright. Pierre's FC is Dave Malloy, of course

"If they do it, it's a virtue. If I do it, it's a sin.

They are ambitious. She is hungry for glory.
They are skillful. She is crafty.
They inspire others to great efforts. She is letting others do the work and getting the credit
"

description
ADA SIMONE LIVINGSTON
call her by her title of lady

loyal only to herself」

   ❝All I ever wanted was the w o r l d

━ [ 20 ┈ ♀ ┈ bisexual ] ━

Ada, born to the daughter of a power-hungry Duke, always searched for a way to gain more of everything- power, riches, respect. When she was born on the family estate, everyone praised the red-haired beauty, whether she had smeared the wall with paints or played a lovely minuet at the piano-forte. Soon, a fever had grabbed her mother and swept away her sanity, all when Ada was the tender age of four. Ada's father sent her mother to live in a different section of their home, separated from human contact except her personal maid who attended to her constantly. The Duke withdrew all affection from his daughter, leaving her to the care of the staff. When she was 14, Ada found a way to connect with her father- shared ambitions. They both wanted power of the throne, and would kill for it. Unfortunately, Ada did kill for it. In a fit of rage she smashed a lamp over her father's head, killing him. She had felt immediate guilt, but disguised his appearance to that of a pauper and dumped him in the streets to be buried in a mass cemetery. She returned home, telling the staff her father had betrayed the Queen, and had been exiled. This shushed up rumors, hid the truth, and Ada became the mistress of Livingston manor for a matter of years, living her life idly, maybe being plagued by a bout of guilt every year or so on the day of his death. When the watch had been stolen and sent the royal family's inner circle into a tizzy, Ada saw a door open for her grasp to power. She went to a rebel hideout, handing out pieces of information to rise up the chain. Her motives for joining are disguised- she doesn't want a democracy- she wants to take the throne and rule as the monarch of the Allied Nations, while discreetly disposing of the Regiums and their bloodline. And, seeing as she as fifth in line to the throne, the uprising would be quenched- at least, that's what she tells herself. Living at court and her manor is a facade, and she cannot let it drop. After all the energy she's exhausted, she's still not fully sure if she wants the throne so much as she did seven years ago.

She seems like nothing but an evil and manipulating aristocrat, but in reality, she's much more complex. She always gets her heart involved in everything she does, even if every move she makes seems calculated to the precise second. Ada is also not a very loud- she is always engrossed in her thoughts. She uses her appearance and wily charms to get what she wants, even if men and women alike are left in the dust, staring at her retreating back after she gets what she wants. Ada prefers to spend the day in her home, painting flowers or playing the piano as a reprieve of vying for the throne in the awful game of cat-and-mouse she's been engaged in for the past seven years of her life that has.

Ada has creamy pale skin, untinged by any marks excluding a pale-pink scar on her left palm- caused by a shard of glass she had used to kill her father. Her hair is a bright, brassy red, and her eyes are a pale, leaf green.

Emma [[ Thomas Reynolds ]]

18 / errand boy
cis male / panseuxal

[[ Personality ]]

Thomas is full of pent-up anger and resentment for his father, which causes him to experience quiet bouts of rage. He gets frustrated easily and often gives up on challenging problems. He longs for approval from anyone and because of this, lets down his guard extremely easily. Even though it happens frequently, Thomas feels a fresh pain when someone betrays or disappoints him. He is highly intelligent after spending a childhood by himself reading many books. He doesn't necessarily enjoy being alone, but it's where he is most comfortable. He is a terrible conversationalist and has no experience in flirting.

[[ History ]]

Ever since he was born, Thomas has been reminded that he isn't special. Hidden away from the public eye, he grew up under the supervision of his mother, the king's mistress. He never knew who his father was until he was twelve, his mother explaining that his father was a very busy man. On his twelfth birthday, his mother finally revealed to him who his birth father was. Thomas was ecstatic - not every fatherless boy in the kingdom was the son of a king. He was sworn to secrecy, but he felt amazing. Thomas expected visits and birthday from his father - after all, he was a king! - but none came.

One day, when he was about to turn sixteen, Thomas's mother told him that his father was coming to celebrate. Thomas spent weeks helping his mother clean the house to get ready for the king's visit. On the special day, Thomas woke up at five a.m. to wait by the door. Eight a.m. He expected the king was waking up around now and getting ready for Thomas's party. Eleven a.m. He must be on his way. One p.m. It must be a busy day in the castle, he was probably running late. Three p.m. The frosting on the cake was beginning to melt. Ten p.m. Thomas threw the cake in the trash.

That was the day Thomas gave up on his father, on the royal family, on everyone, and he's never looked back.

[[ Associations ]]

somewhat loyal to the ALLIED NATIONS

Family
⇒ half-brother to the royal princesses and princes
⇒ son of the king and his mistress

━━━━just living is not enough━━━━

description description
━━━━one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower━━━━

cerelia joan abbot
nineteen ;; female ;; castle maid

{ B } orn outside London, to the village priest and his wife, Cerelia led a simple life with small pleasures, some of which included fresh flowers, hair ribbons, and jewelry. Her existence was simple- go to school occasionally, then come home to help. However, she was a kleptomaniac- she'd take anything, for no reason at all. After it was discovered that it was she who had been nicking all the hat ribbons from the millener, she was cast out of the village in disgrace by her own father, now an outcast with only a carpetbag filled with her clothes and some sprare change. She hitched a ride on an airship to London in exchange for doing dishes, and spent several weeks on the streets before she got a job at the castle as a maid. She's not allowed in the bedrooms often, as her rank is much too low, but when she is, she often does take something, no matter how trifle. She's loyal to the Allied Nations, but her loyalty could be bought.

description description

{ S } hy, awkward, and clumsy sum up Cerelia perfectly. She's also extremely gullibe and naïve- making her seem more of an outsider. A country girl thrown into the city would of course highlight those features, where even the boy who cleans airship gears talks better than her. Cerelia keeps to herself mainly, only coversing with people when she accidentally runs into them, or something equally disastrous. She could never strike up a coversation with a flirty remark like the other maids, so she admires people from afar, no matter their wealth, status, or gender.
