Anything and everything.Just got back from four year absence from this site though.
So, you can pick or I can make some suggestions.
Ohhhh character set up.You can if you want, mine might be slightly more detailed.
By the way, who is who?
Name: Don ChekovAge: 18
Height: 5 ft 10 in
Weight: 150lbs
Body: Skinny
Hair color: Blonde
Hair length: Kinda long and straight.
Eye color: Emerald
Glasses: Black solid one piece.
Torso: Black baggy long sleeve with a white alien logo.
Legs: Baggy blue jeans.
Shoes: Black tennis shoes.
Personality: Impulsive, cautious, dreamer, intelligent, and melancholic.
History: Nerd who is bullied for being himself.
Uh oh, and sureDon walked through the hallways and everyone was ecstatic about the first big game. Don just wanted to get home, but the regular entourage of football bullies led him to the back of the field.
(oh right, forgot about laptops)Don just rolled his eyes and gave a look of irrigation. He hated how oblivious people were to the fact of how people liked to abuse their power.
(apologies for my derpness)Don stayed silent and Josh smiled while he said, "Well we're taking our pal Donny boy here to show him how cool our teamwork is. Give him something to aspire to be, rather than making wacky speeches about... What was it Donny." He put him in a semi playful head lock and Don said, "The theory of alien life."
Josh and the others laughed. "Whatever, see ya around Donny." He said as they left. Don turned to away from where they were going and began walking away as he said, "Thanks."
He turned his head towards her as he walked and said, "Listen, I appreciate your help. I really do, but you have a good rep. You shouldn't about me. I'm just a nobody."
Don chuckled and said, "You care too much.... You can play the system, but it's a dangerous game....." He turned his head to the entrance and walked outside. "You aren't ignorant, so you know what is at risk. If you want to still be treated like your someone. Stay away from a nobody like me." He said holding the door long enough to deliver his warning and then he let go watching as it closed. He sighed and then began walking home.
Don got home, which was a small cabin in the woods and got a shower before heading to his part time job. He hopped on his new skateboard and rode as he said, "Hopefully they won't break this one. Then again it is metal...." He kept riding along doing a trick every now and then before arriving at the library. He walked inside and sat at the desk taking over for the last person as they head out the door.
Don just did research on the computer. Looking at different science sites that provided facts about organic life, sentient life, non organic life, and synthetic life. His just darted left to right in rapid motions. Collecting data on the one thing he cares about. Proving that there is life out in space.
"Little gray men and all that is media. Fake. I'm looking for real sentient life. Other intelligent life forms. I've read every book in this library that might even help me prove that theory. 500 books. They helped alittle, but now I need more. That's why I search online. More knowledge spreads and I can easily tell fact from fiction. I'm gaining more facts for my theory and when I'm in college. I'll be attending a group that dedicates their life to discovering. I won't stop until I do." He said as he continued to scanning through dozens of sites.
"Well, we have seen life organisms on other planets within our solar system. We know it takes millions of years for evolution and environment change to make the conditions for life. We know that there are planets with water. So my theory is, if we can find a planet old enough and meets conditions for life, then we could meet alien life. They may be less intelligent than us if we find them or they may be reasonably more intelligent. There is also the possibility they may be like us. Tech wise. How we find them? Send all matter of communications filled with messages and pictures of peaceful communication." He said as he continued to just scan.
"Yes... That's all I want... To give our planet a chance to expand and be peaceful guardian. To help make our world be bigger than what it is. No more fighting amongst ourselves. Just make it to where everyone can live happily. Be that on earth or somewhere out there...." He said with a sad smile. He yawned and stretched. He looked at Mia and said, "You might want to squeeze as much study time as you can. You got about an hour before we close."
"If that is the case, then we work on diplomacy. We could share, but if they are violent and just want to destroy us. Well... I don't see why just leave them be. I don't want anyone to get hurt. I just... Want to help. No one should have to die. Not from violence, starvation, or disease. We have the means, just not the resources. That's why I'm going to find someone to help our planet. In turn we might even help them." He said as he picked up his skateboard and logged off the computer.
Don gave a small smile and chuckled. "Yeah." He said grabbing the keys and locking up the library. He put the keys back into the desk and walked back outside. He then hopped in his board and began riding back home.
(weekend sounds good)Don woke up the next day and heads over to his weekend job. It was at the local coffee shop. He liked working there on the weekends peaceful and smelled amazing.
Don went out and place her order on the counter. He then said, "That'll be 3.50." He enters the price and opened the register.
After he put the money up in the register, he walked over to Mia. Since there was no one else there at the moment. "Hm, I never pictured you as the fantasy type." He said tilting his head to read the books title.
(fun idea, what if an alien life form falls to earth in like a pod. It's an experimental symbiotic parasite that makes humans into a vampire like creature. Like super strength, speed, senses, and fangs. The only downside is that is causes extreme sensitivity to sunlight, like causes medical problems. Heart attack, stroke, or seizures.)
"Kinda did, remember I read like half the collection in the library. I don't just spend all my time researching. All work and no play isn't good." He said with a chuckle.(it's cool :P)
"I tend to work in the back making sweets and coffees for the customers. The folks that own the place usually run the front. They're sick today, so I'm covering for them." He said scratching the back of his head.
He shrugged and said, "It is, but I don't have time to work here during the week. That's why use the weekends to. I have to get as much money to support myself." He walked over to the tinted window and sighed.
"I live by myself. My parents died earlier this year.... On my birthday if you can believe it. Since I'm legally an adult, I have been taking care of the bills." He said looking up to the sky.
"Yeah...." He said as the sun went down.He looked at the clock on the wall and said, "It's getting late Mia. You should go."
Then a ball of fire shot across the window and crashed in the near by meadow. Don's eyes widened and he ran out of the shop.
Don ran and ran following the ball of flame's trail of destruction. He walked up to the crash site and saw a golden sphere. He walked up to it and slowly touched it. It wrapped around his arms and injected itself into his blood stream. He screamed out in pain as his body was forcefully changing to the new found parasite.(sorry was busy irl)
