Harry Potter Fans discussion

I know that most of us here are so obsessed with Harry Potter that we do funny things that have do with it and are often inside jokes. Please tell us here the things that you do so that we don't feel so alone. Such as every birthday, I secretly hope for my acceptance letter to Hogwarts arrives and that JK Rowling just got the age wrong in the books.

When I was little (and maybe sometimes right now) I would pretend I was hermione, I am not going to lie I quite enjoyed it.

Oh, I remember that!! Ginny and Hermione power!!!! ;) ;) I'll admit it sometimes I feel like doing that now.

@Julia, I still pretend that I'm Hermione and my friends who are Potterheads call me Hermione!! It's just so awesome to be like Hermione in the real world!!!

Actually I was Hermione for Halloween! It was awesome!

This sounds so weird but I still enact the movies in my room when I am alone and love being Hermione!

Often, when I am re-reading the series for who-knows how-many time, I comment on the characters various actions, like; 'Gosh Harry, that was really bad!' like when Harry attempts to ask Cho out, and I wince or grin depending on how Harry or any other character is doing. Say, Harry is being told off by Lupin in the Prisoner of Azkaban...*wince*

I'll imagine scenes for the characters in my head. There's always at least one scene you'd like to change or add into or after the books, so I do that, just in my head.

I went around talking with a British accent for a few months and my sister and I would play Harry Potter. Also, when I was in third grade I had just read ss (sorcerers stone) and I would play it. Fun. By myself. But still fun.

I make up new scenes, and I comment on the different characters and what they're doing when reading the books. When I was little I would pretend to be Hermione and re enact her scenes:)!

If I'm reading the books or watching the movies I will do the spells with my wand along with the characters!

When I first read the Harry Potter series, I got so obsessed with it, that I wouldn't stop talking about it. Ppl used to like get tired of me talking about it, but I still wouldn't stop lol. I even started comparing the Harry Potter characters to the ppl irl XD

I'm am insanely, indefinitely, and forever obsessed and a shipper of Dramione. I'm sorry all those Dramione haters but nothing you say can make me change my mind. Just look at the fan art, comics, and pictures on Pintrest if you need convincing.

When I was little I used to go hunting for 'wands' (sticks) that had fallen off trees with my friends, and then pretend we were in Dumbledores army and expelliarmus each other! I was Hermione and my other friends were Ginny, Luna, Cho and Ron

(Well, technically the American one... what's it called?) I obsess over Harry Potter jokes... they slytherin to any conversation. Sometimes I make spectrespecs (like Luna's) and I walk around all day wearing them. And, at my school, the Harry Potter fans constantly draw the Deathly Hallows on their wrists with pen. Sometimes they draw a scar on their foreheads. And I always pick up sticks on the ground to test if they were wands. "Petrificus Totallus!!" I would yell at my confused, non- Potterhead brother. Also I try to Silencio people whenever I'm reading and they're being really loud. Another thing- I obsess over HP in video games too. I will metimes dress my avatars up as characters in it. I also create Harry Potter sculptures and stuff in Minecraft. And whenever I do something stupid, I yell out, "DOBBY WILL IRON HIS HANDS FOR THIS HORRIBLE MISTAKE OF DOBBY'S MASTER!!" (Poor Dobby... I hate Bellatrix..)

And sorry btw, I accidentally submitted the first one when I was trying to press delete so I could correct my autocorrect.

I choose a different character every time I open a book, and I act as if I was that person!
Sometimes I have my own-made charcter in the book (Piatrex Ann)!

I'm obsessed with ginger people

When I can't reach something or want to open a door I say Accio and Alohomora, I do the unforgivable curses to people I don't like. I also doodle the Deathly Hallows sign anywhere I can. :)

I'm obsessed with Snape, I am trying to convince my family that having a life sized cardboard cutout of him would be perfectly normal...I could bring it to family gatherings...lol

Heh, I think my obsession was honestly Neville Longbottom, who will probably always be one of my favorite characters.

My obsession is Dumbledore and I like Remus Lupin. I'm also obsessed with all the spells and I frequently use accio , alohomora, and crucio{even though non of them work;-) }
