Aldar lead his convoy to a large plateau amongst the mountains. He stopped the lads here, as the sun was approaching soon. He had all his men drink from their spouses or lovers and have vials of their blood around their necks. The werewolves had gorged themselves so much they should be kept going for a few days. He had tents set up, so the men had the places to sleep. He went to his larger tent, that he'd be sharing with Liam, and had his things brought in, lugging a case he could have sworn was lighter when he packed it
Liam carried his bags to the tent with ease. The full moon was less then a week away, so he had more stranger then usual. He watched Aldar. "Having trouble with your bags?"
"No, but this one should only have a spare set of leather in it. I give it space so it doesn't wrinkle and get weak points. It shouldn't be the heavy..." He said, placing the bottom on the floor and clicking it open, only to have Adora fall out in front of him
Adora rolled out of the luggage, giggling. She jumped to her feet, "surprise!" She had packed some clothes into a back pack, which she was wearing.
Aldar was complete stunned. "Adora... Why on earth were you in there?" He said through gritted teeth, taking deep breaths
She straitened. "I didn't want you to go. But you did, so I came too."
Liam arched his brow at the two. He watched the girl, comparing her to Mel without thinking.

"Do you have any idea what kind of trouble you could have gotten in? What if something bad happened and I didn't know you were in there!? You could have been killed! Or worse!" He said, crouching in front of her and having his hands on her shoulders, not forcefully. He wasn't shouting, but he was definitely scolding
She hung her head. "I sorry daddy. I wanted to be with you. You and mommy probably wouldn't let me come, so I hid away."
"Adora, when we get back, there's going to be BIG trouble for this." He says. He would have been hit and starved if he'd done that. "Liam, I need you to keep control of the men while I'm gone. Keep them stationed here, I need to take this one back and I'll rejoin you. I should be about a day, if I ride day and night"
Liam nodded, "we'll wait for you," he agreed.
Adora frowned. "But daddy. I don't wanna stay at the castle all the time. It's boring."
Adora frowned. "But daddy. I don't wanna stay at the castle all the time. It's boring."
"Adora, you don't realise how dangerous it is out here. Even the soldiers haven't been much further than here. Real, hardened soldiers. You'd be killed in a second on your own. It's too dangerous"
She pouted, "you'd let Acres come if he asked. It cuz I can't see!" Her eyes watered and she dashed out of the tent and away from camp.
"You silly girl! Too much like her mother..." He said, sprinting after her and within thirty seconds shopping her back up. "Adora, I can't guarantee that all my soldier are gonna survive. I can't take that risk with you"
She wiggled until she heard him speak. She sniffled, "I don't wanna go home, though." She stiffened when she heard a distant sound.
Aldar was almost stuck in his spot. He hastily put Adora to the floor and ordered her to get to the tent Liam was in. He drew his sword as many of his men gathered and did the same
Adora didn't listen to his directions, to focused on locating the sound. She pointed west, "there daddy."
The army ignored the girl, looking in all directions for signs of a threat.

His instincts pulled him left, so he picked up a small rock and threw it to where Adora was pointing. It his something. "Adora, get inside" Ceryan said, guiding his into a defend for, action facing the west

Adora ran back towards the camp and met up with Liam, who brought her into the tent.
Aldar had hit an ogre. His grey skin hung loos off his body. He let out s deep growl. Massive hands held a branch with a bolder tied to the end. He was alone.

"Put away your weapons!" Aldar shouted behind him, sheathing his own sword "I'm sorry, sir. I thought you were dangerous. You have my deepest apologies. I'm Aldar, the husband of the Vampire Queen" Aldar Sadi, calmly and constructively. He took a few steps towards it, still keeping a distance but in a way that showed trust and respect. He trusted his own, and his soldiers', reactions, in case things got nasty
Aldar swished his hand backwards and his men broke out of formation to avoid anyone getting hit. Aldar rolled forward, avoiding the Boulder and using putting a hand on the branch, hoisting himself over outside of the ogre's attack direction. He sprinting forwards
((Okay :) ))
The monster swung again, but wasn't doing much for defence. He worse thick dragon skin armour. The only weak spot was his head, neck, feet/ankles, and his hands/wrists.

All Aldar could do to not comprimkse any positive relationship that could come from this was to evade. And he knew he could do it. He looked to Adora. And Liam. Then his troops, before re-focusing himself
Adora listened to the swings of weapons and the feet moving on the ground. She waited for an opening.
The ogre took a step towards Aldar.
Adora swiped Liam's sword and swept in. She sliced one of the ogre's ankles.
The monster cried out and started to deflate. Blood and a green gas escaped from the wound.
Adora dropped the heavy weapon and covered her ears when the ogre's hollers got to load.

Aldar's eyes were drawn to Adora. "What. The hell. Just happened" he said. He looked and saw a confused and swordless Liam. He looked back at the defeated ogre. "You, young lady, have some explaining to do"
Aldar scooped her up, looking at his men "good work, get some rest, boys" he told them before taking Adora inside "what on earth was that?"
"Perfect reaction time. Perfect edge alignment. Perfect placement. I couldn't expect that from a soldier, let alone a blind child" he said to himself, putting her down and facing the corner of the tent
Adora sat in the corner of the tent. She reached out and touched the walls before hugging her knees.
Liam thought. "Maybe it was luck?"
Liam thought. "Maybe it was luck?"
"Liam, do you truly believe what you saw was complete dumb luck? She knew exactly what was going on. I don't believe that's luck" he said, facing Liam, almost scared by the prospect
"Nothing. Nothing else. I have no idea what happened but it's too big to be luck. Frankly, I don't wanna find out. I'm taking her home as soon as I can"
Liam nods. "I can do it," he offered, wanting to see Mel. "I have more energy then you do at the moment."
Aldar took a minute, and then nodded. "Take her, make sure she gets back safely. If anything happens to her, you can be sure nine if your men will leave this place alive" he warned, shaking his hand and having his other on Liam's upper arm
Liam nodded, "understood." He went to the girl. "Common Adora, let's go home."
Adora shook her head.
Adora shook her head.
"You saw that ogre. What happens if another one comes, you try and attack again and you fail?" He said, crouching down to her "you're too social to me to let any danger come your way. The world needs whatever it is that made you do what you just did"
