I came across this article this morning and thought there is a story in here somewhere.
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-...
"A plane with a cargo of millions of South African rand has been impounded in Zimbabwe after a dead body was found on board, state-run media report.
Blood was seen dripping from the South Africa-bound cargo plane during a refuelling stop, the Herald paper said.
Zimbabwe's Civil Aviation Authority said the matter had been handed over to the police to investigate.
Its chief, David Chawota, said the cargo on the US-owned plane belonged to the South African Reserve Bank."

It looks like a great story to me. A murder or a failed heist?

Me too.
On a lighter note, "Wanted: one hairdresser. Must be willing to withstand temperatures that can drop as low as -50°C (-58F) and be able to rectify years of DIY trims and amateur styling. After two years of making do without a hairdresser, the isolated northern Canadian town of Norman Wells in the Northwest Territories – population 800 – is going public with their plight in the hope of attracting a coiffeur."

I'm thinking of a sweet book with quirky characters who baffle the outsider as she/he tries to tame their shaggy locks. Something with the tone of A Man Called Ove

Perfect and if it highlights the environment an animals of the area it would be perfect....Maybe a hairdresser from a metropolitan area that wants to get away because of a failed romance or even better because some bad guys are after her...

Maybe both...an innocent stowaway falls into the midst of a heist and then....

Now we just need someone to write them.

I think the hairdresser needs to come from a tropical environment and be on the run from drug dealers or revolutionaries - cohorts of her ex boyfriend. It's not clear if his loyalties are with them or with her.

I agree. I saw that story but didn't think of this thread.

There definitely is a story there. He was only 11 when he disappeared. So where did he spend the rest of his childhood?
