The Neverlanders discussion

This is the Matilda discussion post! This is one of my absolute favorite books of all time so let's talk about it!!

I want to wait for everyone else to catch up (or finish) but I'll say that I really enjoyed Matilda. This was my first time reading it, and I love the way Roald Dahl's unique voice is used to narrate the story. Trunchbull is the jerk of all jerks, and the Wormwood parents aren't really that much better. I've noticed in his other books that there's almost always some statement about television v.s. reading, and I find that really interesting.

I loove this book. The last time I read it I was probably under 10. But I somehow still remembered most of it which makes it extra special to me. <3
