Reading Fiction, Tales of Terror Blog. This is a weekly blog of FREE short stories written by the master writers in mystery, supernatural, ghost stories, or dark fiction (horror/sci-fi). Most of the authors are classic writers from Balzac, Blackwood, A.C. Doyle, DeMaupassant to Hawthorne, Hemingway, M.R. James, Kipling, Lovecraft, Poe, Shelley, H.G. Wells, Edith Wharton, and many more.I began this blog so I could read more fiction every week and get a wide experience of different authors. I read one short story every week and I share it with my followers. At three years now, I have a compendium of over 170 short stories by over 100 famous classic authors in the genres. Check out the INDEX.
This month in February I am featuring Women In Horror Month. Last week was Caitlin R. Kiernan's short story, House Under The Sea, published at Nightmare Magazine.

Good morning, here's my blog. In a brief description, I made this blog for three reasons;1. The main reason for starting this blog is to share my ideas, thoughts, life changing experiences, adventures, quotes, life, opinions, strategies, tips and everything that I will find useful for anyone in general. Anything to delight, motivate or encourage a soul.
2. To share my voice!
3. To improve my writing & grammar (because they are horrible, & requires a lot of improvement haha!)
Kind Regards!

Hi. My blog is contained within my website. I am a paranormal and horror author, and love reviewing movies and books on my site:http://www.alantoner.com/category/blog/
Hello everyone. My website http://stevenmmoore.com contains a list of my many books and an active blog with articles about current events, writing and the book business, book and movie reviews, and interviews. There are links there to many places, including an Irish hat manufacturer--and, of course, to places where you can buy my books.

My blog is https://andrealundgren.com. I review books (especially indie books), and discuss writing, plotting, editing, and all aspects of the writing life.Another blog that I recommend to every writer is https://ryanlanz.com/advertise-your-b.... Ryan's website not only offers great writing advice from a wide range of authors, but it features positive dialogues in the comments and even offers affordable ways to advertise your writing service or novel. It's one of the best sites out there for authors and readers, in my opinion (besides Goodreads). :-)
Andrea,OK, I'm feeling a bit snarky this morning inre Lanz's website (and not yours). I have a problem with people who don't write fiction telling us how to write and market our fiction. I realize that Lanz means well, and I recognize the effort, but there are too many people offering advice that doesn't work, even if it's free.
I commend the reviewing efforts, though. There are so many good books and good writers and fewer readers and reviewers every day (in spite of appearances on Goodreads) that all review efforts are commendable. Authors who do so might receive some good karma by giving back to the community of readers and writers, too. That's what motivates me for book and movie reviews and my posts on writing.
All the best,
r/Steve

Wow! I just discovered this thread. I book blog about middle grade books. Twice a week I review MG books. Once a week I also examine the free, publisher-provided teaching resources for MG books. I also post one writing tip or tidbit (usually announcements of contests, etc.) each week. Love to hear from you! Comments welcomed at the bottom of every post.https://amb.mystrikingly.com

May I pass your name along to her? I think she'd love your website.
Yep! Send it along. I do review indy MG when it comes highly recommended, or has teaching materials that accompany it. Tell her I prefer to purchase a physical copy (she won't need to send an ARC -- she worked hard writing her book, no point in giving it away). BUT, and this kinda big and it's a MG thing, if it's only pubbed on Kindle or available in ebook format, I don't read those. I feel really strongly that MG books need to be physical for the kiddos and teachers' classrooms for which I recommend them. Looking forward to hearing from her! This is an example of an indy book (small publisher) I reviewed about a year ago. http://amb.mystrikingly.com/blog/sci-...
