To get us started on our journey through Western/American comics, we'll be starting with one of the most important comics since Superman showed up in Action Comics #1. Watchmen has been recognized in Time's List of the 100 Best Novels as one of the best English language novels published since 1923 and is essential for understanding Comics Culture today.

We can discuss this book as we read it, but the spoiler-filled discussion will be opened on June 1st. Be sure to read it by then. If your local library doesn't have it, scold them and then head to Amazon.
