The middle plate is where the Middle Class people such as half breeds and other species that aren't a royal (Meaning not a werewolf, vampire or demon) live. They usually live average lives. They have average houses, average jobs, average families, and so forth. Unfortunately, they dont have a ground or sky, but plants can grow here if they keep them in pots and watered. Its usually cool threw-out the day, but it gets hotter during sunrise and sunset, since thats the time the sun usually hits them. The ground plate and roof plate are what separates them from the lower classmen and the royals. Its village is called Lillian Village because it grows and sells Lilly's the most out of every other flower. They say its the flower that blooms the prettiest in these parts.
