1. Sherlock Holmes and the Shadow of the RatI don't recommend it though.
2. The Cheshire Cat's Eye
3. The Killings at Badger's Drift
4. The Raven in the Foregate
TinTin wrote: "The Light of the Fireflies Melki was right, very creepy! Really good though."Glad you liked it. I can't imagine never leaving my basement.
I hate it down there. It smells funny and there are really BIG spiders.
Finished The Tick: The Naked City.
A thoroughly unpleasant critter, but I suppose it fits this challenge.
Cry Wolf by Patricia Briggs
I was almost finished with this one before I realized it would fit this challenge.

Melki wrote: "Finished another - the delightful The Mouse That Roared."Golly, I remember reading that back in high school or earlier!
And Melki, I really really wish you'd not posted that picture. There is really only one kind of critter I hate, and you put up a photo. Ugh!
and how about The Animal Keepers - The Story of an Unlikely Hero and an Unforgettable Season? Granted, the "animal" referred to is a nickname for a kid, but...it definitely has "animal" in the title!
Oops, take back that last one. I finished it in Feb. But I did read How to Speak Dolphin this month, in addition to the other two.
I really enjoyed this challenge. Since I have a huge stack I didn't get to yet, I hope we do it again next year.

Melki wrote: "Finished another - the delightful The Mouse That Roared."That was such a fun book! I love a well-written social/political satire.
