This is #4 in the series. Do I need to read the other three first?
Or at least #1? Just wondering. I trust your recommendations!

I think these stand alone fine.

As we need a choice for value read, I nominate Rogue Flamingo by L.A. Kent. Despite cover, which shows a phenocopterus ruber ruber, it definitely qualifies as British, tho a Cornishman would insist, not as English.

I wondered what to read on the plane. Now I know.
