Actually publishers often don't expose all the isbns for a book, particularly library editions. For example, in this case the parent company's website lets you pick a format, but doesn't change the isbn in the display:

Similarly the actual publisher's site only lists the paperback edition:

And takes you to that page even when they do surface an ebook link on a page like this (in the 'also by' section) for example:

Generally speaking you should avoid using worldcat images since basically anyone can upload any image they want. In this case it looks like it's just a lower-res version of the publisher's.

The image linked to in message 1 is different from the Worldcat cover (recommendation at the top of the cover: one line or two lines).

that has the same cover as Worldcat (might be the source of the Worldcat page) for isbn 9780465028139
