To me it looks more likely this is a book published by the same person under two different names.
In that case the name under which it was published first needs to be added to both books so they can be combined.

If it is plagiarism it is an issue for the staff, not for the librarians.

I did look first in the help topics, librarian manual, & did a search in help topics. But couldn't find anything on what to do. It's my first time coming across this and was unsure. I now know for any possible future incidents. Again, thank you for your help.
