Middle East/North African Lit discussion

Anyone reading books by Ahdaf Soueif, please share your thoughts here!

Plan on reading her book "in the eye of the sun" as I have a copy at home. Hoping I'll have time though, as it's quite a big book :/

I loved that book and even though it was long, it didn't take me too much time to read it because I got so absorbed :)
It's kind of tough emotionally, though.

I really loved that book too - will definitely read more of her work = )
