Lorryn hey guys I was wondering if you had a good fantasy standalone rec? it doesn't matter if it's YA or not. Just looking for something amazing. I can find loads of series but standlones not so much. thank you!

emily star ✨ (emilysbooksnbaubles) | 28 comments Hey Lorryn,
the last fantasy standalone I read was "The ocean at the end of the lane" by Neil Gaiman, but honestly, I did not like it much and would not recommend...
It really is difficult to find standalones, I also was looking for some! I know some that unfortunately - until now - were only published in German...

Mary Elizabeth (melizabethgoodreader) | 15 comments It's more of an urban fantasy/historical fiction, but I really enjoyed The Golem and the Jinni.

Caro Ibañez | 1 comments Hey guys!! How are you?? Does anyone know of a book similar to Inkheart (or the rest of the series for that matter) in the theme of the fire juggling and fire itself? Anything similar to Dustfinger, if you know what I mean. I would prefer it to be adult or darker than Inkheart if that's possible! I've been looking for something like that but I can't find it!!

Thank you <3
