There were a few red herrings in this story. Who were strong suspects, in addition to Ben? What led you down the wrong path? When did you focus on Ben?

In the first few chapters I thought that Father Everett may have actually killed Ginny. But after Ben kept the film that he shot of Ginny's body, he was my number one suspect.

I thought for a really short time it was him but it wasn't making sense. Because I kept trying to shove Ben aside, I was in the wilderness for awhile. I even thought about Stephen. But, my head just kept coming back to Ben.

Everett was on my list at the beginning but I focused on Ben quite early because there was something off about him.
