1. If prevention is the best medicine and up to 90% of all
bosses divide subordinates into either an in-group or
out-group as early as five days into the relationship, what
can a subordinate do (or not do) to try to prevent the
Set-Up-To-Fail Syndrome from happening?
2. Multiple examples were listed in the article for ways that
the boss can try to prevent the Syndrome, does anybody
have any examples of things that have or haven’t worked
in their experience?
