Appearance:
Flavio has blond hair that is slightly curly. His curl starts in the same area as Lovino's, and goes to the same side, but it is thicker and is a less defined curl. His irises are black, making his eyes look wider than Lovino's. He often wears sunglasses and a scarf. The color of these two accessories depends on his mood. He most commonly wears a white suit and dark sunglasses with a pink scarf.

Personality:
Flavio looks down on people that he doesn't find pretty enough, and he doesn't bother to try to hide it. Fashion is his life, so he expects it to be others' as well. Because of this, he is very judgmental when he meets new people. Like Romano, he often insults people, though usually not by way of cussing. This makes people like him a lot more. His brother, however, sees through that illusion. That's why they don't get along at all.
