I would like to recommend Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain
I would recommend this book to anyone who feels that they might be an introvert, knows an introvert, or would just like to know more about them. This is a non-fiction book, so I would also recommend it to people who read non-fiction. This book was a really interesting read for me as I could relate to it. I'm a little of an introvert myself.

I haven't read Recipe for Life nor any other book by Nicky Pellegrino. I did go and look at the summary of the book and some of the reviews that other people have written. It seems pretty interesting and I have added it to my to-read shelf.
Nice recommendation Deidre
