The Palace of the Cursed discussion

There are a large number of islands on Keras. Some are scattered near the mainland, some are further away and into the northern hemisphere. (Again, there are heaps of them so just ask me if you want to create one and when I approve create the thread and off you go. Same rules as towns. The islands close to mainland they have warm waters, those further away have cold waters.)

If you asked the man in question who he was, you would get a different answer depending on how he felt that particular day. On any random day, he might say he was an adventurer, a traveler, a merchant, to name a few- or if he thought you really cared, he might say the title most important to him- a father.
At the moment, he certainly looked like all of these- a he sat in a moving wagon, surrounded by things to sell, a sword at his hip and a bag of provisions at his side, pouring furious over the letter he was writing:

My dearest daughter,
How are you? Are they feeding you well? I'm almost done with that book I'm reading- a fascinating story, just as we thought, but I don't fully understand the ending yet- I plan on asking a friend of mine who has read other books by that author. See you soon!

It would probably be checked, and might not even get to her- that was why it was in a code she would understand. He tied it up and handed it to the falcon on his shoulder, who gripped it in its talons and flew off.

((Quick question LJF. Are you going to create Leah's dad as a character? Was this post just a once off starting one or are you actually going to be posing as him regularly?))

I might show him occassionaly, but not regularly- this was part one of two that i posted at the same time. part two can be found in the east wing dorms.
