Monica, Dorothy Gilman's first Mrs. Pollifax was written, I think, in the mid-1960's but appears to be set in the 1950's or early 1960's, after Albania split with Russia and allied with China. The Unexpected Mrs. Pollifax. I'll try to add it to the bookshelf.
