She yelped as she crashed into the wall than stumbled right into him trying to regain her balance in the dark den.
He stood strong and still. His body was somewhat soft due to his thick fur. For once he didnt seem dangerous. Just content.

He lowered his head and looked at her, "You truly do not remember?" He asked. ((Maybe a fire xould have seperated fhem?))
((Sure. And the reason she doesn't remember is because in the fire she ran and slipped into the water. In the water she hit her head.)) "I honestly don't know what you mean." She said, she shook her head slightly frustrated.
He bit his tongue. If she is telling the truth, why not kill her? He wondered. It's not like i'd be doing anything wrong. He sighed and regained his dark tone. "An alpha who can't even remember her kin!" He said sarcastically. "How splendid!" He bared his teeth not threateningly.

"I killed my last kin in battle. And now a random wolf marches into my camp and..." She trails off. Old voices from the day of the fire echo in her mind. She looked dazed.
Memory: The fire was hot on young King's back paws. His eyes were wide as he ran hard behind his mother and father. His sister was lagging. He slowed a notch and noticed how exhausted she was. He grabbed her scruff and threw her onto his back. He worked twice as hard to catch up to his parents and other sibling with her added weight. "This way!" He father shouted taking a sharp left. King broke hard and in enough time for him to sprint after them.
She went through the whole fire memory again. A brother had helped her on his back but she slipped off into the river and hit her head. She still had a dazed look on her face.
She nodded and blinked back to real life. She swallowed hard. "So you are my kin....." She said and a look of confusment came across her face.
She didn't know what to say so she sat down. "I thought every one died trying to get mom and dad out of the fire."
"Well I am here so how would you know?" He asked somewhat sharply. He kept it hidden knowledge that their parents were residing in the NightWalked pack.
She still said nothing. "I really don't get you." She finally barked, her voice quiet. Her eyes were shining with a mixture of emotions.
She sits back down. She peeked her head out, the sun was setting by now. She sighed knowing the male alpha was going to come right away.
She yawned and blinked her eyes. She padded to the back of the den and rested in his place. Assuming he wasn't coming for awhile.
The alpha padded in, his head bent low. He was slightly startled to find the young alpha in his spot.
The alpha stood, a look of a slight amusement. He batted her face with his fluffy tail. "Calm child," he purred his eyes closed.
Celeste glared at him. "What do you want from me now?" She sighed. She stalked back to her spot by the back of the den and sat across from him. She sat straight up, her ears pricked.
The alpha was surprised. Why was she so hostile? He displayed his teeth and let a chuckle slip past his lips, 'is someone on his cycle?" He asks
Celeste glared at him. "Sorry to say but I'm defiantly a female." She started and stood up and shook out her pelt. She was in a terrible mood and seemed off. All she was thinking about was her last living kin.
Celeste backed up against the cold den wall. "Actually, it's not." She said. Her protective walls were rising. "But it's not worth much fuss."
"Now stop playing pup and explain youself," The alpha growled advancing towards her, "Like it or not your my mate and I care for your well being."
Celestes ears went back. "You doubt me every day." She snarled but couldn't move away from the wall. "And don't you EVER," she thrusted her forehead right to his, "call me your dead or mate." She was steamed up now. Family and past talk was her weakness. She was tired and getting angry only drained more energy.
