Rot and Ruin is a science fiction, fun and exciting book filled with a lot of action. It's set in a world where a Zombie Apocalypse is happening. Ben is the main character and his brothers name is Tom. Tom is a Zom hunter, Ben doesn't exactly trust Tom since he keeps getting flashbacks or something that had happened earlier in his life and Tom did something that Ben didn't understand. Everything is very dangerous and no one is sure of what the outcomes may be.
Rot and Ruin is very interesting, and it was very intriguing and I had to keep reading. Honesty when I read it I felt like I could actually put myself into Ben's place and I could relate to how he felt. The theme of the book or what I thought it was, was that: take risks even though you may not be sure of what it does and what the consequences are.
Honestly, I had no complaints about this book since I really found this interesting since it had deeper meaning than you may find at first. Just let the book guide you into what's happening. Another thing I found interesting is that the characters are interesting and as you get to know them more, you'll understand their choices that they made.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes fairly dark themed books or who just likes Zombies. Also, I would recommend it to anyone who likes books that they need to read the book over to make things that they didn't understand clear.
